Mike Mardesich and Frank Kostrencich are partners of the South Bay branch of C2 Financial Corporation. Our C2 corporate offices are located in San Diego and we have operated C2 from this location since 2009. Frank (on left) has been in the residential mortgage industry since 1995 and Mike has been in the industry since 1988.

Frank has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from CSU Long Beach. As well as being in the mortgage business since 1995, he has worked full time in the ports of LA/LB as a ILWU crane mechanic and crane operator.

Mike has a BA from UCLA and an MBA from USC.  He has been in the mortgage industry almost continuously since 1988 with a brief period of time when he worked as a business consultant and a controller.

Although we are based in the South Bay, we do loans for clients from Northern California to San Diego. Frank is now also licensed in the state of Washington. We are well versed in all lending programs including conventional, jumbo, alt QM and FHA/VA. We also are reverse mortgage experts.

Our borrowers trust us as their mortgage advisors and have confidence that the products they are obtaining from us are in their best interest. We know by doing this, we not only are doing what is morally and ethically right, but we know this practice will result in our borrowers referring us additional clients. Integrity is the cornerstone of our business, and we believe a mortgage is about building relationships, not just about financial transactions.

Mike and Frank both lead an active South Bay lifestyle. On most weekends, you can find us outdoors somewhere playing volleyball, mountain biking, surfing, stand up paddle boarding or enjoying any number of activities that this wonderful community offers.

Frank and his wife Karen are raising their 4 daughters (Annelise, McKenna, Hallie, and Addison) and live in Rancho Palos Verdes.

Mike is raising his 3 children Maya, Jack, and Lucas in the Hollywood Riviera.
